Short-term rentals

One place, run around the rest of your life.

An apartment in town or a cottage by a lake. The work is not big, it is constant — and it always lands at the worst hour of the day. Anystay covers the hours you cannot.

A single apartment interior, ready for the next guest
Today

You answer messages at work, chase the cleaner by text and rebuild the same calendar in three tabs. Nothing is hard; it just never stops.

With Anystay

Channels sync, the cleaning job appears at checkout, the code sends itself and the invoice follows. You look once a day instead of ten times.

Why it fits a single place

Nothing to set up but the flat

One listing, connected to your channels in an afternoon. No team structure to model, no roles to assign, no onboarding project.

It works while you are at work

Booking confirmations, check-in details, access codes, and check-out instructions are always sent at the right time, ensuring that the daily rush doesn't interfere with communication. You can set comprehensive criteria for these automated messages. For instance, it makes little sense to send a booking confirmation followed immediately by a check-in message containing the same information for a last-minute booking. You can also configure the system to send details about air conditioning in the summer or snow clearing in the winter, or to include information about a façade renovation in messages—details that are automatically removed once the work is finished.

Your cleaner or maintenance person has their own login and view

They open a view displaying the day’s and future tasks, the cleaning schedule, open assignments, and their personal settings. They begin the cleaning, add notes (regarding lost property, observations, damage, etc.), and take photos upon completion. Finally, they mark the cleaning as finished. You receive information on what took place during the cleaning and how long the work took. Guests are automatically notified of any forgotten items, and damage caused by guests can be converted into a compensation claim at the touch of a button; likewise, observations and damage reports can easily be turned into tasks for maintenance or the next cleaning session.

Repeat guests can skip the channel

Your own booking page comes with the plan, so the guest who liked the place last summer books without commission this time.

Apartment or cottage

Same system, different rhythm

Both work the same way underneath. The difference is timing and distance — and that is configuration per listing, not a different product.

  • Apartment: same-day turnovers, tight windows, a cleaner ten minutes away.
  • Cottage: long stays, seasonal gaps, a cleaner who needs a day’s notice and a drive.
  • Both: one calendar, one cleaning rule per listing, one access method per door.
