For cleaning companies

An instant price, from times you measured.

Anystay runs the customer side of a cleaning company: your booking page, each customer’s own page, the reminders, and the charge after every visit. Underneath, it knows how long a clean really takes, because your cleaners’ start and end stamps told it.

Built in Finland · VAT and kotitalousvähennys handled · priced per completed visit, never per cleaner

Anystay cleaning visits: what needs action, today’s visits and who is on each one
Running on real work

Dozens of cleanings a week — all of it run in Anystay.

Easy Host runs its whole short-term rental business on Anystay — some seventy apartments and hundreds of cleanings a month. Siivousvuoro, the same company’s home-cleaning brand, takes its bookings through exactly the features on this page. Same company, same system: nothing here was written for a pitch.

What a cleaning company gets

Win the customer

An instant price, no quote request

The customer enters the size of the home and how often, and sees a price at once — from measured times in similar homes, with the number of cleanings behind it on screen. Until you have measurements, it prices from a size curve you set. VAT and the part that qualifies for kotitalousvähennys are shown before they book.

Your own website, with the calculator on it

Your theme, header and footer, and pages built from sections. The price calculator and the visit-length guide are sections too, priced from your own price card: a rate per visit length, a one-off rate and a discount for a flexible day. We connect your own domain on Team and Business.

A booking that sets itself up

Booking creates the customer, the home, the agreement and the customer’s own page, with the first visit already on it. Nobody in the office retypes anything.

Keep the customer

A page of their own

Upcoming and past visits, and buttons to pause, cancel a visit, ask for a different cleaner, rate the work and order extras. The card is kept on file. A pause instead of a cancellation is a customer you still have.

Messages in your name

The booking confirmation, the evening-before reminder, and the after-visit report with photos and the measured time. They go out under your company’s name, and replies reach your own address. One click switches all three on; you edit them like any other message.

The right price for each customer

The office types prices without VAT and picks the rate. Households see prices with VAT and the VAT amount; companies see prices without VAT.

Run the schedule

Visits that schedule themselves

Recurring agreements become visits four weeks ahead, offered only to cleaners who work in that city and still have room that day.

Change the agreement, not the calendar

Move a customer from weekly to fortnightly and only the visits the new schedule no longer wants are cancelled. The rest stay where they were.

A phone app for the cleaner

The day’s jobs on the cleaner’s phone, a start and an end stamp, photos attached. That stamp is where the measured prices come from.

Bring your customers with you

Import the customer list from your old system as CSV — Finnish Excel exports included — and see a preview before anything is saved. Or add customers one at a time.

Get paid, run the team

Charged when the visit is done

Only a completed visit with the cleaner’s start and end stamps is charged, two hours after it ends so same-day corrections land first — into your own Stripe account. A declined card is listed for you to handle; nothing is retried on a customer’s card by itself.

Receipts that split out the deductible labour

Labour qualifies for kotitalousvähennys; travel and goods do not. Every receipt separates them, so a household can claim the deduction without calling you.

Numbers per cleaner — and for the cleaner

Jobs done, time per job, photo rate, issues and declines, month by month. Each cleaner sees their own figures too, which turns a report about them into feedback for them.

The back office, on Business

Annual leave by the Vuosilomalaki, sick leave by the sairausvakuutuslaki, pay periods and payroll export — already running for Easy Host’s own staff. TES premiums and shift planning are next; see the table below.

Pricing

A monthly base and a small fee per completed visit.

Your bill follows the work you do, not the people you employ. Hire ten cleaners for the summer and it does not move; win fifty customers and it does.

Solo
€39 / month
+ €0.30 per completed visit

One person or a small crew. The booking page, the customer’s own page, the cleaner app and the reminders — everything a customer touches.

Business
€349 / month
+ €0.25 per completed visit
Price set now · opens with TES and shift planning

Everything in Team, plus the back office: leave and sick-leave rules, payroll, AI replies to customers — and, next, TES premiums and shift planning.

At 1 000 visits a month, Team is €99 + €250 = €349. Solo and Team cost the same at 1 200 visits; at 1 000, Team is €10 more and carries everything in the Team column.

  • Prices exclude VAT. Month to month, no setup fee. A visit is billed when it is completed — cancelled and paused visits cost nothing.
  • Nobody on your team is a seat: cleaners, office staff and customers cost nothing. Email and push messages are unlimited; SMS beyond the included one is €0.10 each, which is about what it costs us.
  • Business is priced now so that moving up is a step you planned, not a price rise. It opens when the TES rules and shift planning are ready — and we switch no one’s payroll over until a full pay period matches their current system to the cent.

Questions a cleaning company asks

Do I have to leave the system I use today?

No. Anystay can run the customer side — booking, the customer’s page, reminders, charging — while your current system keeps shifts and payroll. The two share no data, so nothing has to be connected. Move the back office over when Business opens, if you want to.

What does the price calculator use before we have measured anything?

A size-to-time curve and hourly rate that you set. As your cleaners stamp visits in and out, the quote moves to your own measured times for homes of that size, and says how many cleanings it is based on.

Does kotitalousvähennys apply to my business customers?

No — it is a household deduction. Companies see prices without VAT and no deduction line; households see prices with VAT, the VAT amount and the deductible share.

Can I bring my existing customers over?

Yes. Export them from your old system as CSV, including Finnish Excel exports, and import them with a preview first. Their agreements then produce visits like any new customer’s.

What happens when a card is declined?

The charge is marked as failed and shown to you, and the customer can add a new card from their own page. There is no automatic retry yet: we would rather you see a failure than have a customer’s card retried quietly.

Is it in Finnish?

Yes — the booking page, the customer’s page, the messages and the cleaner app work in Finnish and in English.
