Cleaning & turnover

The turnover list writes itself.

A checkout time is a cleaning visit. Anystay creates it, assigns it, tells the cleaner where to be, and brings the photos back — before you have finished your coffee.

What actually happens between two guests

  1. 10:00
    checkout
    The job appears

The moment the stay ends, a cleaning visit exists with the right address, the right window and the right checklist. Nobody writes it down.

  2. 10:02
    assignment
    It finds a cleaner

Assigned by area and availability, or left for you to decide. The cleaner gets it on their phone with the door code attached.

  3. 13:30
    done
    Photos come back

Each flat is ticked off with photos. Anything left behind is logged against the guest who left it, so the lost & found email writes itself.

  4. 15:00
    arrival
    The next guest walks in

Access code live, flat verified clean, welcome message sent. You did not touch any of it.

The cleaner’s side

A link, not an app store

Cleaners open one link on their phone and see today — addresses, door codes, checklists, what the last guest left behind. They tick each flat off and photograph the result. No accounts to create, no training session, no software to learn.

  • Works in Finnish, English and whatever else your team speaks.
  • Photo proof attaches to the stay, so a damage claim has evidence.
  • Lost & found logged against the guest who left it.
