Easy Host: one operator, one ordinary week.
No statistics and no logo wall — just what Easy Host, a Helsinki short-stay operator with some seventy apartments, actually does between Monday and Sunday, and which parts of it Anystay does instead.
- Helsinki, Finland
- Some seventy apartments
- Hundreds of cleanings a month

- Less planning sessionsNothing to do
Next week’s turnovers are already scheduled from the bookings. Owner statements build themselves and go out on the first. Sunday evening is free. Eleven stays running, four checkouts scheduled for the week, every cleaning already assigned. The operator opens Anystay, sees one unassigned job, fixes it in a tap, and closes the laptop.
- Automated assignmentsA cleaner cancels
The cleaner is ill. The job goes back to unassigned and shows up as the first thing on the Overview. Reassigned in under a minute — the new cleaner gets the address, the code and the checklist automatically.
- End-to-end guest commnication with AIA guest asks about parking
"Whenever a new message arrives, the AI scans the conversation and assesses the guest's needs. The AI can draft and send easy, answerable questions it already knows the answers to from the knowledge base or from booking or listing details. The real time-saving for us, however, comes from the capabilities we have taught it. It can handle multi-step actions, like checking whether they can extend their checkout or stay, creating a tracked payment link, and, once payment arrives, updating the booking details and informing the cleaning staff. All while messaging the guest quickly and in our tone of voice. If the AI support agent doesn't know what to do, or hits a predefined line it shouldn't cross, it stands down and alerts our human team to take control. This has helped us to offer great customer service, even when our team is not available instantly."
- The platform that grows with usThree turnovers, one afternoon
Check-outs are at 10:00, 11:00, and 11:30. Two cleaners handle the turnover cleaning. The operator is not in any of the flats.
